;; Trav was born and raised in Miami, Florida in a single parent home for the majority of his life. His mom got married to a man named Ryan when Trav was seventeen, however. He actually doesn't mind him at all, thinks he's a nice guy and all.
;; His mom, Angel, supported him and his older sister by working two jobs. She also was receiving a rather large lump sum of child support from Trav's father Landen. It was sort of a 'pay off' if you will, since Trav was the product of an affair Landen wanted to keep under wraps. Angel never felt the need to brag since the only good thing that came out of the affair with Manning was her son, so she would say.
;; Growing up he had a fairly modest upbringing. He didn't really need for anything, but he didn't really have excess. Even with the money his estranged father was paying for child support he was never really spoiled. He worked for things he wanted, learning from an early age the value of a buck. Not to mention he also learned about working for something you want rather than having it handed to you, gaining the appreciation for working toward your aspirations. It made him all in all the person he is today, which has benefited him greatly.
;; He loves the beach. It's his favorite place in the entire world and has spent most of his life on the beach with his friends. Camp outs, bonfires, sleeping under the stars... as long as there's surf, the scent of the ocean, a cool breeze and sand under his toes he's the happiest camper ever.
;; Met his brother Alex for the first time in 2009. He ended up going to a show early in the year when they came (back) to Florida and made it a point to seek Alex out during that show. He had done some studying on his father's side of the family after years of not bothering, wanting to know what he was missing, so to speak, and that's when he discovered he had an older brother on his father's side. Alex had no idea about Trav's existence either so when they met, initially, it was awkward. But after phone calls, emails, texts, and other means of getting to know each other, the boys hung out after the Carnival of Sins appearance in Florida in mid-2009 and then during Trav's winter break from Miami University, where he attended majoring in music and mass communication. He actually spent Christmas with his brother this past year. To Trav, it's kind of a dream come true to have an awesome older brother, he always wanted a brother growing up with a sister, so it was kind of a blessing in disguise for him.
;; Has a niece named Ava, whom he met over Christmas and absolutely fell in love with her. He loves kids so being able to bond with his four year old niece is the coolest thing to him. He often naps with her or just sits around playing Candyland with her when he's around her.
;; Is a huge music fanatic, much like Alex, but a little different. While Alex is a guitarist, and quite skilled, Trav is a bassist at heart and a vocalist. Trav has written a ton of music, has been in bands in Florida, and is currently in a band now just not doing shows or anything due to his demanding college schedule. Now, with his move as well.
;; On that tangent, Trav also has been learning to play guitar for the past couple of years. Now, he's been taking lessons from his brother and Sully Matthews, two of the best young guitarists in the game.
;; Huge fan of Austin Davis. Absolutely loves that girl's music and often rocks out to "Misery Business". He also has a musical crush on Rizzo DeLuca from Tyler Reckson's band. He finds her to be incredibly pretty however he finds himself memorized by her talent too, which is something that he finds attractive above vanity.
;; His musical influence comes from all over the place. From the sounds of the streets to the serenity of silence. His 'idol' if you will, is Trapper Martin of Primal Scream because of how sick he rocks the bass guitar. He's looked up to Trapper Martin since he was ten years old, which is actually the reason he wanted to learn bass from the get-go. He's never met Trapper but would honestly probably fan boy and/or pass out on the spot if it ever happened.
;; Doesn't really have any 'horror stories' as far as past relationships go. He had a girlfriend for two years named Melissa but because she was moving away to go to college in Arizona, they decided to separate since long term relationships usually have a tendency to be way too difficult. Especially states away. So they parted on mutual terms and are still friends.
;; His style? Totally random. He doesn't really dress any certain way, he just dresses day to day however he feels comfortable. Some would classify him a 'scene boy' but he really doesn't deal in labels.
;; Personality wise, Trav's really laid back. Loves talking and getting to know people. Often is a question asker rather than an answer giver. He'd rather listen and learn about someone than talk about himself. Loves joking around, keeping moods light, the kid generally radiates positive attitude. He's the kind of guy who'll walk up to a total stranger, put his arm around them if they look down, and ask if they're alright. Just generally has a huge heart, which comes from learning from his mom all these years about how to treat people. Strongly lives by "the golden rule" if you will, and treats people better than he expects to be treated in return, knowing that kindness given is often reciprocated with kindness back.
;; Has one love affair. With his iPhone. It's borderline obsession, despite his dislike for the word 'obsession'. Call it 'dedication'. It's really bad. He always has his phone in his hand, always taking photos with it, things of that nature. He also freaks out if he can't find it. Sad truth.
;; Listens to all types of music from Primal Scream to Def Leppard, Hollywood Undead to Michael Jackson, Judas Priest to AFI, Tyler Reckson to Mikayla Curan. He loves music in general so he'll give anything a chance. Yes even country from time to time.
;; Loves include but are not limited to : old school video games, tattoos and piercings, the beach, candyland, candy necklaces, lots of accessories, silence, vintage artwork, surfing, boating, camping out with friends, creamsicles, horror movies, kettle corn popcorn and popcorn in general really, candy apples, ice cream with ridiculous amounts of sprinkles and whipped cream on top, playing instruments in general, learning new things, roadtrips, freedom, being alone from time to time, hanging out with good friends, good spirits, kids, positivity, photography, open minds, open hearts, big sunglasses, iphone more than anything in the woooorld, the state of florida, traveling whenever possible, laughing the loudest, loving like your life depends on it, creativity, pizza, mountain dew, junk food by the pounds, airplanes, long phone calls with absolutely no point, the 'simple' things in life, hugs, dancing in the rain, stargazing, boardgames, guitar hero, amongst other things.
;; No loves include but are generally limited to : ignorance, pointless hatred, war, snobby people, animal abuse, stupid drivers, careless people, classless and tasteless mannerism, rude people, liars, people who hurt others for whatever reason, selfishness, things of that nature.
